Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing services from Sol-u-cion Panama ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who engage with our website and services.
Our Services
Sol-u-cion Panama designs, supplies, and installs premium photovoltaic solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Our services include site assessment, custom system design, equipment procurement, professional installation, system commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. All systems are engineered to meet or exceed applicable standards and are tailored to each client's energy requirements.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. A deposit is required to confirm any project, and the remaining balance is due upon system completion and commissioning. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. We reserve the right to modify prices due to changes in equipment costs, shipping, or exchange rates. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
Warranty
We provide comprehensive warranty coverage on all installations. Solar panels carry a manufacturer warranty of 25 years for performance and 12 years for product defects. Inverters are warranted for 5 to 10 years depending on the manufacturer. Our workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years. Extended warranty options are available. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate property information, securing any required permits from local authorities, and ensuring site access for installation and maintenance. The client must maintain the solar panels by keeping them free of debris and scheduling periodic inspections. Any modifications to the system without our authorization will void applicable warranties.
Limitation of Liability
Sol-u-cion Panama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or equipment. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for energy production shortfalls caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, shading from new structures, or grid outages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. If the client terminates after installation has begun, they are responsible for all costs incurred up to the termination date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, misuse of equipment, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, the client retains ownership of installed equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and system designs, is the property of Sol-u-cion Panama and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent. System designs and engineering documentation remain our intellectual property and are licensed to the client for personal use only.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Panama. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
